What do I need to have ready before the detailer arrives?
To ensure a seamless detailing experience, we kindly ask that you provide an accessible workspace upon our arrival. Our detailing van should be able to park fully — either behind, in front of, or perpendicular to your vehicle — with adequate space around it for our team to work comfortably and efficiently.
How long does each package take?
SUNSET - 1.5 - 2 Hours
GRAND TOUR - 2 - 2.5 Hours
SUPERSTAR - 3.5 - 4 Hours
LIBERALE SIGNATURE - 5.5 - 6.5 Hours
Service time may vary depending on the condition, size, and shape of your vehicle.
How does cancellation or rescheduling work?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 minimum charge.
If you choose to reschedule for another day, no cancellation fee will be applied.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, Checks or you can pay with the credit card on our website.
Are tips included in the price?
No, tips are not included in the price.
Is Liberale Auto Spa insured?
Yes, we have a business liability insurance.
How much it takes for the ceramic coating to cure?
A ceramic coating typically takes 24 to 48 hours to cure enough for light exposure, like gentle driving or being outdoors. However, full curing — when the coating completely hardens and bonds with the paint — usually takes about 5 to 7 days, depending on temperature, humidity, and the product used.
