By booking or purchasing a detailing service from Liberale Auto Spa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Services

All services are provided as described on our website or by direct communication. Service times and results may vary depending on the vehicle’s size, condition, and weather conditions. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to:

• Provide access to a safe and suitable workspace for our detailers, with enough room to park our service van near the vehicle.

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service begins.

• Ensure the vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

If the vehicle is not available or accessible upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a minimum $25 fee.
If you reschedule for another day, the fee will be waived.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Liberale Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or personal items left inside the vehicle.
Customers acknowledge that certain stains, scratches, or defects may not be completely removable.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as stated on our website.

7. Warranty & Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coating performance depends on proper aftercare and maintenance. Liberale Auto Spa is not liable for coating degradation due to neglect, improper washing, or environmental exposure outside our control.
